Real People - All Stock!
A key factor was "keeping it real." Problem was, we had no money for video or photo shoots. Our solution was to use a grid visualization to expose the real people that BCBSMA serves. We used stock photography and video, as well as in-house produced VO to create animated vignettes that brought the new site experience to life through user stories. Click here to explore the demo.
