Mindful Sleep
Developed for Bose in partnership with noteworthy mindfulness practitioners. Together, we adapted common mindfulness activities for use in pre-sleep practice, to ease racing mind.
I designed the format, co-authored the scripts, and produced the audio tracks. Each session was developed for playback durations of 5, 10, and 15 minutes. 5-minute versions are shared here.
The track below incorporates rich sound design to accompany the voice guidance. As in the examples above, it was designed to leverage generative and adaptive playback capabilities, and to accommodate a user-selected playback duration.
I wrote the script, performed the voiceover, and produced the recording. It’s presented here in its 15-minute format.
A curated selection from dozens developed for Hatch as part of their growing subscription catalog. Again I recruited noteworthy practitioners and voice performers, providing oversight to scripts and audio production.
